100% unbleached cotton tea bags
- Heat the Water
Boil fresh water to 200°F (93°C) for the best herbal extraction. If you don’t have temperature control, boil and let it sit for 30 seconds before using. - Steep Properly
Place one tea bag in your favorite cup, pour hot water over it, and cover to retain heat and essential compounds. You can use a small plate as a cover if needed. - Wait & Enjoy
Let it steep for 7-10 minutes, then gently squeeze the tea bag to release the last drops of goodness. Sip and enjoy!
Loose Leaf Herbal Tea
- Measure & Prepare
Use 1-1.5 teaspoon of herbs per 8 oz (240 ml) of water. Place them in a tea infuser, reusable cotton tea bag, or strainer. - Heat the Water
Boil fresh water to 200°F (93°C). - Steep Properly

Boil fresh water and let it cool for 30 seconds.
Steep a tea bag or one teaspoon of loose-leaf tea in a quarter cup of hot water for 7-10 minutes. cover to retain heat and essential compounds
